My Client based in Ipswich, Suffolk are currently looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Essential skills required: • Experience in either an administrative role or recruitment role • Computer literate • Understanding of the healthcare sector • Possess a good telephone manner • Be able to update and maintain a database using MS Office/Word/Excel on a day to day basis • A proactive approach to work with a can do attitude • Attention to detail • Ability to multi task • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Duties: • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate/newspapers/colleges/job fairs • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” Benefits: • Career development opportunities as well as Health and Social Care Diplomas Level 2 & 3 • Child care vouchers • Discounted vouchers for high street retail stores • Paid DBS check • Ongoing support • Paid annual leave (20 days plus stats pro rata) Negotiable salary
