The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Resourcer/Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team for a 3 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have excellent proven Resourcing and Recruitment skills and experience within a busy recruitment function. You will need to be exceptionally organised and ideally have experience Recruiting for both International and UK based roles, across a range of industry sectors. What You’ll Do * Management the Recruitment mailbox * Receiving, checking and acknowledging Recruitment Approval Forms * Writing and posting job adverts * Screening and shortlisting CV’s for vacancies across all four business Divisions * Thoroughly briefing candidates over the phone on the company and vacancy * Pre-screening and scoring candidates based on their suitability for the vacancy * Sending interview confirmations * Updating tracking systems * Inputting new Hiring Managers onto their Recruitment systems * Receiving and tracking compliance documents for candidates * Managing Internal vacancies on their Intranet site What You’ll Bring * Proven experience within a busy recruitment role * Have recruited for a range of marketing roles both internationally and in the UK * You will have fantastic organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks * Experience in placing/writing job adverts * An ability to communicate well with candidates from varying industries and at different levels of seniority * Be familiar with in-house recruitment processes and practices * Experience of recruiting across various industries (Pharma Comms/ Finance/ HR/ Procurement/ IT/ Print etc) * Able hit the ground running in a busy HR team * Very strong admin experience * Comfortable dealing with Senior Managers and setting expectations * Be fun, hard-working and a team player as you may be required to provide additional support to HR when needed * A professional approach to recruitment What They Will Offer You Our client recognises and value you as an individual and so they offer a wide range of employee benefits, tailored to suit your personal circumstances.
