Our client is a large logistics/ transport company   The role; to provide a professional Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Service that uses best in class methods to attract top capability in the market.  This role holder will have experience within internal recruitment and have a great relationship building/business partner approach. This is predominately focused on the blue-collar such as engineers, managers and mechanics  Duties include; - Recruitment of blue collar workers (arranging/ attending assessment centres, interviews, administration etc) - Travel to various sites based around London (expected 5-10% of the time/ all travel paid for) - Assist with implementing recruitment processes - Liaising with Hiring Managers as well as other relevant stakeholders to guide them through the recruitment process - Full 360 recruitment - running and administering the hiring process including; sourcing, scheduling interviews, application pre-screening, submitting background checks, completing reference checks and making hiring offers. Administering psychometric tests - Recruitment admin / referencing support. Act as a trusted talent acquisition specialist taking ownership for the successful conclusion of projects, monitoring effectiveness of recruitment processes and suggests improvements as appropriate - Running adhoc projects We are looking for someone who has these existing skills - Blue collar work recruitment experience - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Great people skills/ relationship builder - Strong admin skills  - limited support - Ideally looking for someone with SHL, OPC qualifications Our client offers a progressive role with an excellent benefits package which includes free / paid for travel on public transport for yourself and a family member (both work and leisure travel).
