In-House Recruiter London £40,000 - £45,000 My client is looking for an In-House Recruiter to join their established team in London, they are one of the UK's largest alternative provider of wholesale fibre network infrastructure. The In-house Recruiter position is crucial to the success of the business as it continues to scale and we are passionate about the candidate experience. You will use your knowledge and expertise to drive the end-to-end recruitment agenda in order to meet the current and future recruitment requirements. A proactive and strategic approach is required along with the ability to source and hire quality candidates in short timescales. Key Responsibilities * Managing the end to end recruitment process from beginning to offer * Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives * Working with the hiring manager to draft job descriptions * Salary benchmarking * Negotiating salary and package details with candidates * Marketing vacancies by placing adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and using social media * Headhunting candidates where necessary * Organising appropriate pre-interview testing for applicants * Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates * Keep the recruiter PSL updated * Responsible for managing and updating the recruitment tracker * Organising and attending interviews and assessment centres as appropriate for each role * Management progression of LinkedIn as a new method of recruitment * Providing responses and feedback to applicants and agencies in a timely manner * Co-ordinating employee induction programmes * Working closely with Hiring Managers across the UK to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectations * Maintaining the recruitment budget Knowledge & Experience Essential * Have proven past experience of working as a Recruiter/ Resourcer, in a telecommunications company * Have a good level of education * Have experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment * Experience of high volume recruitment * Possess strong negotiation and consulting skills * The ability to liaise with and influence at all levels * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confident presentation skills * Extremely organised * A proactive nature * Drive and energy Desirable * Solid recruitment experience * Knowledge of psychometric and aptitude testing * Recruitment Systems If you believe you are the ideal In-House Recruiter for the position please apply with your latest CV and two references!
