Job Description

Currie & Brown is currently looking for an in-house recruiter with construction consultancy experience. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process in identifying talent for the business through direct sourcing, talent mapping and building talent pools. Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include: * Understanding our market and mapping potential candidates against current vacancies * Undertaking responsibility for the delivery of ‘live’ vacancies and working directly with hiring managers * Networking and direct sourcing through LinkedIn * Representing Currie & Brown when speaking with candidates in the marketplace in a professional manner * Handling the administration of our newly implemented ATS * Building relationships with candidates and managing them through the recruitment process * Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their specific requirements * Arranging interviews and managing the diary Requirements: * A minimum of three years’ technical construction consultancy recruitment delivery experience gained within either a UK-based construction consultancy (preferred) or specialist agency * Experience of recruiting quantity surveyors, project managers and building surveyors * High proficiency in using Boolean searches and direct sourcing on LinkedIn * Experience in using an ATS and job boards for candidate searches * Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute * A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible Currie & Brown is one of the world’s leading physical assets management and construction consultancies, dedicated to advising clients in respect of the management and utilisation of their physical assets, and is differentiated by innovation, expertise and experience.
