Job Summary Swissport is looking to recruit an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team at Swissport Dublin Airport. Working as part of the Swissport and Flightcare Multiservices team, you will provide best in class HR administrative and recruitment support to our current and prospective employees based at Dublin Airport. Job Responsibilities * Coordination of Recruitment Campaigns in conjunction with Department Managers and HR Team which will involve advertising of vacancies on the Swissport Taleo Recruitment Management system, setting up interviews, managing group interview days, offering positions; tracking and monitoring of contracts and any relevant recruitment correspondence * Coordination, management and maintenance of background checks and reference checks for all successful candidates * Coordination of induction training and induction process (new starter paperwork etc) for all successful candidates * Provide general HR support for Dublin based employees; point of contact for first line HR employee queries * Deliver a high-quality and professional HR service to the Department Manager(s), Supervisors and employees * Ensure all HR record keeping and filing is maintained accurately to meet all legislative and policy requirements * Maintain the HR systems (new hires, leavers, promotions, annual leave, sick leave etc) * Coordination and management of attendance records and holiday entitlements * Coordination and provision of accurate and timely HR reports and key metrics for all Swissport and Flightcare entities in Ireland * Assist with the on-boarding process for new employees * Provide relevant administrative support as required * Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently Qualifications and Competencies   * Minimum of 2 years’ experience of a high volume administration/recruitment role required (ideally HR or recruitment) * Experience of working with applicant tracking and/or HR system * 3rd level HRM qualification and/or CIPD qualification is desirable * Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities * A self-starter who has a demonstrated capability and maturity to take ownership of their own development * High level of drive; collaborative working style and strong team player; capability to work on own initiative and ability to work with teams on delivering results * Good working knowledge and practical understanding and application of employment legislation (Ireland) is desirable * Ability to work closely with other departments and managers at all levels; excellent relationship management skills * Personal and professional integrity of the highest order * Ability to work sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner * Adaptable and flexible Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Swissport as an equal opportunity employer bases its hiring decisions on the business need and the best qualified candidates available, and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
