Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Tech and Digital Recruitment to identify how recruiters use sourcing strategies and find ways to improve this (maximising LinkedIn and Job Board use etc), they will also review the BPDTS contract to ensure the offer is attractive to candidates in this market. Ideally looking for someone in a Head of Recruitment Role (Public or Private) with extensive Tech and Digital Recruitment Experience. * You will be at the heart of building and sustaining the BPDTS workforce, with the aim of bringing top talent into the organisation and ensuring that individuals are deployed to meet the needs of our customer, DWP. * You will have experience of recruiting in the digital, data and technology industry. You will have a real passion for increasing organisational capability and have the ambition to create the most talented workforce in the industry within BPDTS. * Reporting to the Head of HR or Head of Operations, you will develop and deliver recruitment strategies which allow us to compete in this competitive and challenging market to attract and grow the best talent. * You will use your knowledge of the industry to inform, shape and deliver innovative solutions around recruitment. You will also: * Review current Recruitment processes and agree changes (including, but not limited to): 1. Ensure consistency of experience for both internal and external candidates 2. Aligning candidate experience to the vision/ethos of the organisation 3. Define new ways to access quality candidates 4. More digitisation to improve candidate experience * Review BPDTS`s Employment Offer (including, but not limited to): 1. Review all elements of the BPDTS Standard T&Cs and identified any potential improvements or enhancements to better align the BPDTS offer to that which employees could reasonably expect in the Digital/Technology jobs market, but which also reflects the nature of our business. 2.
