You will be joining the Estates, Facilities and Maintenance team, you will be starting your recruitment career in the best environment possible for you with a clear commitment to your training, development and ultimate success. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is one of the most demanding out there, its fast paced, stressful, yet incredible rewarding. Selling to candidates and clients are the core activities, so it’s essential you are target driven and ambitious. Sourcing quality candidates to place with your clients is fundamental, as is the management of the recruitment process from end to end. Initially you will be starting as a Resourcer, giving you the best insight in the recruitment sector and the EFM Division, with the aim to move you into a Recruitment Consultant within 6 to 12 months working through our tried and test Growth Acceleration Strategy training programme. Whether you are a Graduate looking to take that first step on the career ladder, or if you have relevant work experience and this sounds right up your street, then a move to Thorn Baker could be the start of something fantastic for you. We also look for skills and experience in business to business sales, face to face sales; negotiating and excellent written and verbal communication to ensure you will thrive in this industry.
