We are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to work within our professional, customer-focused and continuously developing organisation! Previous experience in a similar role is not required, as we offer full, comprehensive training and ongoing support. What qualities are we looking for in our Graduate Recruitment Consultants? Someone: * With a highly competitive edge * Who will be comfortable with liaising with people face to face, over the phone and via email * With an outgoing personality and willing to take on new challenges * Who is dedicated, pro-active, hard-working, career driven and an excellent team player * With excellent organisational and communication skills What does the role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involve? * Offering a high level of service to our candidates and clients * Developing and maintaining a client base * Matching suitable candidates to vacancies, meeting client requirements * Telephone interviewing candidates * Writing job adverts and posting on relevant job boards and social media platforms * Checking references and eligibility to work documentation * Inputting data onto our own dedicated CRM system We offer very competitive basic salaries, and an uncapped commission structure, which will reward your personal success.
