As a graduate recruitment consultant, your duties will include * Helping us attract and filter the best available candidate talent. * Completing an in-house recruitment training program. * Supporting our team of experienced recruitment consultants. * Digital marketing of highly desirable job vacancies. * In time you will run your own recruitment desk, solving hiring problems for a wide range of clients. Rewards for the graduate recruitment consultant include Starting basic salary of £18,000 increasing to £20,000 after successful passing of probation. Potential to earn £26,000 or more in year one and £36,000 or more in year two. Salary figures include commission (uncapped), you will also receive a company pension, holidays and free onsite parking. Access to a performance-based incentive scheme including * Car allowance of £200 per month. * Pension booster, earn another £2,000 towards your pension. * 50% commission band, earn half of the revenue you generate. * Early finishes on Mondays and Fridays. * Quarterly hotel breaks for two people.
