Ex-Forces recruitment have an exciting opportunity to place 5 Trainee recruitment consultants within the Cyber Security industry. The positions are permanent and have an attractive salary as well as full training to become an associate consultant to a leading I.T recruitment Giant. About the role: You will be given a comprehensive introduction into the role of recruitment consultant, and will be shown all the tools required to: * Research and map out their specialist market by understanding the key skills, technologies and trends in their market specialism; * Have meaningful conversations with candidates to create a process of engagement with each candidate in the marketplace; * Setting out an effective marketing strategy to create opportunities to candidates to target clients; * Create an intelligent target client strategy for a specialist market, building commercial acumen and gain an understanding of key vendors and stakeholders within the market; * Build client relationships by conducting meetings and hosting network events etc.; * Project manage a recruitment process from start to finish, from taking the initial requirement all the way through to placing the right person for the right company. * Make the KPIs we have in the industry work for you, by giving a real understanding of the context behind each measure of success. And will gain exposure to: * Client Development with Blue Chip and SME Companies. * Full training on consultative selling including Gap Analysis and RCA. * Full recruitment lifecycle project management * Stakeholder Management experience to MD / CxO level About the person: The key competencies we look at for someone joining our client are: * Drive and Ambition – Candidates will need to show the drive and ambition to better themselves, and who have earned genuinely life-changing salaries.
