Job Description: Smart Education is rapidly expanding over the next 12 months and we have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic consultant with a proven track record in sales or business development to join our innovative and proactive team. We currently have opportunities to join our primary, secondary and SEN teams at trainee level or consultants with a proven track record in recruitment. You will be responsible for managing an exisitng HOT desk as well as devleoping new business relaionships. We are looking for ambitious, fun, forward thinking and talented recruiters for 2 HOT desks working with Schools across the West Midlands providing perm and temp staffing solutions. Your client base will be Schools and its imperative that the successful candidate has excellent telephone manners and can adapt to offer support to clients that isn’t pushy or mainstream sales based.
