We are an education recruitment agency based in Central London consisting of a team of recruiters with over 10 years’ experience within education recruitment. We work in partnership with Early Years Settings, Primary and Secondary Schools, Independent Schools and SEN schools (including PRUs) across Greater London, South East England and the East of England. Due to successful growth we are seeking a billing Recruitment Business Partner to join our Primary Division as soon as possible. We are offering the rare opportunity to become a business partner without the risk or any financial investment. You will be paid a salary + growth profit shares with the opportunity to hold equity within the business. To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record of delivering results and have the drive and hunger to build and take Kaden Recruitment to the next level. As we are a Education Recruitment Agency applicants must have Education Recruitment experience without exception. This role would suit a Senior Primary Recruitment Consultant / Manager who is looking for that next step in their career where they would like to work somewhere they can call their own and not be just an employee.
