Advance Logistics Support specialise in the supply and recruitment of quality drivers, transport and logistics personnel. We pride ourselves on finding that perfect match, sourcing quality professional candidates to cope with the peaks and troughs of our clients business. To be suitable for this role you will be driven, sales focused, well-organised upbeat and enthusiastic. This is a fast-paced and fun environment in a thriving market.  If you have the right skills and would enjoy a new challenge, please apply today! - A background within the Recruitment or Transport and Logistics industry is desired but not essential. - You must have excellent communication & relationship building skills - You will need to have good sales & organisational skills - You must be self-motivated and have a drive for results Key responsibilities:  - Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/action plans. - Offer a quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control. - Generate a good rapport with all user clients. - Comply with all legal requirements and compliance. Awareness of drivers hours and compliance would be an advantage. - Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied. - Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview, registration and selection of applicants. Driving License essential! Ideally you will already work within the Transport and Logistics sector or recruitment, however this is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate. Great earning potential with bonus and commission structure.   Office hours are Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00 Plus out of hours cover is essential (this is on a rota basis)
