Director of Commercial Recruitment Southern Region Salary up to £80k + Car, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare and Equity Share Due to our continuing growth across all sectors and regions we are looking for a successful leader to run Interaction Recruitments commercial business in our Southern Region. If you have followed Interaction over the last 10 years you will have seen how strong and continuous our growth has been. We operate 8 verticals/specialist sectors and we recruit the best talent we can find in the market. We are a higher margin business and avoid low margin work. Our business has very much a sales culture and our staff are largely 360 degree recruiters and billing managers. The Position The role of Director will take full accountability for all of Interaction Recruitment’s Southern recruitment services for our commercial divisions. Initially this role will require an individual who has the local and regional knowledge to start the business. You will have an understanding of how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to pro actively meet those changes and demands. You will need to kick start billings and establish some of the teams from new within this region. Interaction Recruitment invoices 1700+ customers a week alongside this our £70m turnover and 250 staff give you a tremendous platform to build a business. There will be the opportunity to leverage from our existing customer base although you will be expected to win your own business. Further to this you will be required to build a team around your successes then develop and mentor this team in your region. Requirements Suitable candidates come with significant experience of billing alongside recruiting, training and developing consultants. This role should appeal to regional managers, team managers, vertical managers and Directors looking for autonomy to run their own business. However, we will also consider applications from senior consultants who wish to and have the ability to run a team.
