Care Lead /Recruitment / Deputy Manager Domiciliary £24-26k NW London The Role: * Accountable for all aspects of recruitment. * Managing the interviewing and assessment of all candidates. * Responsible that all relevant checks are completed - ID, references and DBS/PVG checks. * Managing all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date. * Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files. * Achieve targeted recruitment figures. * To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives. * Manage the engagement of all staff – CAREGivers and Key Players. * Monitor staff welfare and moral. * Day to Day HR Functions. * Accountable to the Owner of the business. * Achievement of targets and delivery within budgets. * To ensure successful operation of quality control systems. * To ensure that all CAREGivers receive the required Support Visits, Supervisions and Annual Appraisals * Implementation of the complaints procedure. * To deliver the CAREGiver Learning and Development Training * To support CAREGivers with the Care Certificate * To participate in the On Call Rota * To participate in the growth and development of the business, locally and regionally through various marketing exercises. Person Spec: Must have recruitment experience. Excellent communication skills. Commercial business awareness. Good planning and organisational skills. Skills in assessment and care planning. Negotiating skills. Ability to cope with pressure. Ability to cope with change. Must have experience in preparing and managing recruitment campaigns. Must have understanding of recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and ID checks. Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English. Minimum NVQ Level 3
