Recruitment Consultant Warrington Salary TBC (earning potential of £50k +) Interaction are one of the UKs fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK with a network of 30 offices nationwide and an ever expanding client base. We are currently looking to grow the team in our Warrington location by adding an experienced Recruitment Consultant to the existing team . The ideal applicant will have a strong background in Commercial recruitment and be looking to take the next step in their career and to be the senior member in an already established team. Reporting into your Branch Manager you will be accountable for over seeing the day to day activities of the Commercial team, utilising your experience in the industry to lead, develop and motivate your colleagues and create a successful and profitable department covering the North West region. As well as this you will be expected to run your own desk, winning new business and leading from the front demonstrating what success looks like and creating a vibrant and enthusiastic working environment.
