Responsibilities include: * Enhancing relationships with existing clients as well as targeting new businesses * Client retention – it’s not all about winning new business, you’ll need to maintain it as well * Develop lists of potential clients and setup meetings to explain and present the services provided * Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil * Attend regular client meetings to ascertain upcoming projects * Follow up with prospects via email & phone conversations * Client relationship management * Engage in industry networking events to further encourage business relationships * Maintain good relationships with existing clients to find and close new business * Delivering exceptional service to our client, working to agreed KPIs * A consultative and persuasive relationship manager willing to invest time into forging the right commercial relationships for the business * Think creatively and keep up to date with market trends to build deep networks which can result in new opportunities To be successful for this role you must have: * Previous B2B sales experience, ideally within construction and rail * Excellent communication skills both written & verbal * Independent and pro-active, ability to resolve conflicts * Account management and development, client relationship skills * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels plus within a close-knit team
