Working as part of a thriving team and with ongoing support from your Branch Manager, you’ll work with schools and teachers to assist with their staffing needs. The Resourcer role is a support role to an established consultant. You will assist in the resourcing of supply teachers, general recruitment administration and helping to fill school bookings. Your role will include posting adverts to generate good responses, screening applicants on the phone and eventually interviewing/registering them face to face. You will also assist in filling vacancies, so you will need to learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for. Overall, we are looking for someone with a good friendly telephone manner who is able to build relationships with schools and teachers. Full Training will be provided.
