Protocol Education specialise in recruiting quality teaching and support staff for schools across England. As the company and branches within Protocol continue to grow, an exciting opportunity for an additional Associate Recruitment consultant to join the London South East team has arisen. The key role as a recruitment consultant within Protocol is to successful match specialist candidates to a wide range of education roles. At present there is huge growth within schools & education specialists. Ideally for this role you will have previous experience or knowledge of working within education, or have a strong passion for this area. This is not essential however is desirable. Within this role you will be required to retain the existing client base while building new relationships with local schools, along with building and growing a quality pool of candidates in your area specific to working within a school settings. Working hours are based on a two weekly rotating rota, with the hours of 7am 4.15pm & 9.15am 6.30pm (apart from a Friday when it is 5.30pm!).
