Our client, an international educational establishment in Egham, is looking for an Associate Director to be responsible for Student Recruitment and Admissions in which you will contribute to the development of a short and long term admissions strategy and play a key role in the recruitment and selection of students. The role will require you to work with the Director and other colleagues in optimising processes relating to recruitment, admissions, retention and financial aid. You will have the primary responsibility of the ongoing identification, assessment and relationship management of key influencers in the UK and worldwide decision makers including education consultants, relocation consultants and key links with other education establishments. Other duties will include: * Conducting admission interviews * Hosting admission receptions * Reviewing and evaluating admission applications * Travel to key market areas if required The successful candidate will be highly self motivated with exceptional communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and have previous experience of the challenges and opportunities relating to student recruitment and admissions.
