Our client is looking for a full time Administrator to work with the Recruitment Manager and supporting them in the recruitment process This role is initially a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent HR Administrator duties * Produce spreadsheets where they record where all the contractors are and which site they are based. These records are important as they are needed for Health & Safety. * Role will progress to sourcing contractors via agencies from all over the UK. * Opportunity to grow within the company * Follow up on queries Requirements * Must have good Excel and PowerPoint * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work on spreadsheets unsupervised. * Ideally recruitment experience Salary: 20 – 25K Hours: 8.30am – 5pm
