The role of a 360 recruitment consultant can be challenging but rewarding. It involves using sales, business development, marketing and networking techniques to attract business from client companies. It includes researching and developing a good understating of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. What you can expect from Reperio Guidance and on the job training from experienced managers and consultants together with formal learning from external industry led experts. Uncapped commission structure. OTE 1st year £30-40k, 2nd year OTE £60+. The potential to make as much money as you wish.
