We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant, to identify, select and recruit employees for our clients. You will have good marketing and sales skills with experience in recruitment. You will be the vital link between clients and candidates. This role is demanding, diverse and involves; sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies, visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them. Roles and Responsibilities – 360 IT Recruitment Consultant * Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from new clients * Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships with them * Develop a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment * Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts online * Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships * Identify and approach suitable candidates to match the right person to the client's vacancy * Review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client * Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants * Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client * Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question * Inform candidates about the results of their interviews and negotiate pay and salary rates before finalising arrangements between client and candidates * Work towards and aim to exceed targets that have been set on an individual and team basis.
