Pure appoints APAC lead
Pure has appointed Neil Dyball to lead its Asia operation.
Dyball is a proven business leader with significant APAC experience and has been based in Singapore for over nine years, having spent his earlier years in Hong Kong and Australia. Prior to joining Pure, he held senior leadership positions with leading global recruitment organisations. He brings significant management experience across a number of territories including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Sydney, managing teams servicing clients within the banking / financial services, commerce & industry and professional services space.
Chris Nelson, CEO of Pure, commented, “We are excited to have Neil on board. He has dedicated the last sixteen years to building a deep network of global contacts across the financial services industry. We are very much looking forward to collaborating with him and taking our Asia business to even greater heights.”
The hire comes as a result of Liam Richardson, current head of Pure Asia-Pacific, relocating to the London office having spent thirteen years in Asia. In London, he will lead the ongoing growth of Pure’s Legal team across Europe.
Richardson said, “Neil has consistently proven himself as a top-performer throughout his career and has extensive experience in building, developing and retaining high-performing permanent and interim recruitment teams. I have every confidence that with Neil’s tenure in the market and strategic experience, combined with the highly-talented management team already in place in Asia, the business will continue its upward trajectory as it enters an exciting next phase of growth. On a personal level, I am delighted to be passing the reigns to someone as talented as Neil and look forward to working closely with him.”
